What is
Lego Serious Play?
LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is a communication tool that facilitates an innovative, hands on process designed to encourage creative thinking, learning, enhanced innovation, and performance.
Using LEGO® bricks, participants are led through a series of builds, exploring the topic deeper as they share their 3D models and reflect on them as they progress through the workshop exploring metaphors and story telling to communicate their meaning.
LSP is Visual: You look at the model your building and others. Auditory: listening to the story of the model. Kinaesthetic - building with your hands using igniting the brain in a different way.

LEGO® Serious Play®
LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is a facilitated methodology that uses LEGO® bricks as a tool to help individuals express their thoughts, ideas, and feelings in a tangible and visual way. It's a way to safely enable deep reflection, fosters creativity, and promotes effective communication in a collaborative environment.
"I've attended many workshops, but nothing quite like this. The hands-on approach made complex concepts so much more accessible."

Workshops & Group Sessions

Tailored Workshops
Every workshop is a unique blend of my experience and understanding of you as a client. All my workshops are crafted to align precisely with your goals, outcomes and needs.
My approach involves designing customised workshops tailored specifically for a diverse range of clients using the appropriate techniques including (LSP) and tools that is best suited to the client.
This includes businesses of various sizes, non-profit organisations, government entities, educational institutions, associations, and groups organizing events that gather people together such as quarterly / annual team and company days, conferences and exhibitions.
Workshop design will vary depending on topic, number of participants and duration, and can be in person or virtual.
Workshop Co-Creation
Are you a trainer, a consultant, a practitioner or anyone that could or wants to deliver a workshop to other people looking for a workshop co creation partner, get in touch, I have built over 50 bespoke workshops that are being used to teach, engage and share knowledge for others.
LSP can be used at three levels:
Individual Models
Built at a individual level to answer the build question
Shared Models
Built together, combining existing models, building to find consensus
System Models
Represent an ecosystem, or something greater that allows complex connections, forces and dynamics to be explored
