Preparing for tomorrow's Leadership Agility day using Lego Serious Play. This is me before each workshop convincing myself I need more LEGO because I think one tiny piece I dont have will make the workshop better....

But, less is more. The metaphors are the key part of the LEGO Serious Play, and each brick meaning something is so much more impactful than building for the sake of it, and really gets people thinking differently.
