I’m a coach, facilitator, and trusted partner to leaders navigating complexity—with over 18 years’ experience across tech-led organisations of all shapes and sizes, from early-stage startups (including my own) to global corporates. My background blends executive influence, product delivery, and team leadership and development. My approach isn’t based on theory—it’s grounded in real, lived experience.

I trained with iPEC Coaching, an internationally recognised and ICF-accredited coach training programme, and I’m qualified as an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). I also hold the ICF ACC credential. I help people shift perspectives—and it’s that grounded, real-world perspective my clients say sets me apart. I’ve been in the room for make-or-break moments, led teams through high-stakes delivery, and helped people navigate growth, overwhelm, and change with more clarity and confidence.
